You know what? I’m pretty much talked out on this one. Ben Roethlisberger is unredeemable, as I see it, as a man who has a young daughter who will go to college some day. The news we are about to relay further disgusts us, but does not surprise us, because once we heard that Roethlisberger liked to take his dick out in public, and in fact, that it was a sort of “go to” play for him in the bar scene, we had a prison jumper fitted for him and ready to go. Probably even before that.
His accuser, a 20-year-old college student, told police in a March interview that she believed the star quarterback and his bodyguards schemed to bring her into a secluded part of a nightclub before exposing himself to her in a bathroom in the early hours of March 5.
“It was just so scary because it like happened so fast with the bodyguard escorting me,” she said, wearing a navy blue T-shirt and her blond hair pulled back. “It was kinda like they had planned it.”
The video of her second interview with police was released by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation along with more than 50 audio and video recordings Wednesday morning.
I don’t know about you guys, but the way I’m keeping score, I have Roethlisberger down as a flasher who is also a premeditated rapist, among other not nice things. Can the victim hire Gloria Allred already, and take this guy’s every last dime in a civil suit?

Jaw clenching was in full effect. I wasnt prepared and had to find a pen or something to chew on because my mouth was getting annihalated. I had no coordination at all, acting very clumsy and forgetful. If there is any mdx in these, its a very small amount. Beginners Beware! 4 hours in – popped 1 , what a waste, felt like i was inching my way up there. Walked around the hood, was constantly looking over my shoulder, Paranoid feeling. Not the normal happy feel-good feeling. I suspect somebody just threw together whatever they had laying around when they pressed these.Update* Comedown was relativelty smooth. MAJOR HEADACE afterwards. Slept for 16 hours, completely drained feeling. Yuck

World #1 Nadal looks for rare double at Queen’s Club

Rafael Nadal took a step toward a rare accomplishment today, defeating Marcos Daniel of Brazil, 6-2, 6-2. Nadal, who became the first man since Bjorn Borg to win the French Open and Queen’s Club, back to back in 2008, is tryng to do it again. Nadal was also the first male since Borg to pull off the rare clay/grass major double, by winning the French Open and Wimbledon in 2008 as well.
Roger Federer pulled off that double last year, becoming the second man since Borg to do so.
Nadal, who has also one doubles title to his name this year with Spaniard Marc Lopez, is again teamed with Lopez, and they won their first match at Queen’s together, defeating Rainer Schuettler and Janko Tipsarevic 6-3, 6-4. Nadal can make it a double double at Queen’s, which would be quite an encore, after taking the # 1 ranking from Roger Federer Monday by winning his 5th French Open title.
In singles, Nadal has now won an impressive 13 straight matches on grass. Remember, he missed the 2009 grass court season.

- Of the 19 pills sold as Ecstasy that were tested, 8 were pure MDMA.
- Of the 19 pills sold as Ecstasy that were tested, 5 contained some MDMA but were adulterated. The worst example being the Green Mystery, from Baltimore, which contained 1 part MDMA to 7.5 parts piperazines, caffeine, and procaine (an anesthetic)
- Of the 19 pills sold as Ecstasy that were tested, 5 contained absolutely no MDA, MDMA, or MDEA

While we are obviously big fans of www.pillreports.com, it is sometimes hard to rely on test results when we are unsure of the scientific competence of the tester. It is also very hard to go by trip reports that do not include test data. Though www.pillreports.com is an easier, more user friendly site, and while it’s logic makes perfect sense–that people could just scrape their pills and write up the findings and then email them in, we are not happy with the overall level of scientific acumen. As technology improves, and test kits improve, we think that pillreports will become an even more useful resource.
The best resource in terms of specific pill data is www.ecstasy.org, and always has been. It is more than shameful that their laboratory can not run consistently do to a lack of funding. It’s a public danger. People are going to use Ecstasy, whether it is legal or not. We are those people. That is why I am resolved to bring the issues regarding these topics to light. And I’ll never stop. But www.ecstasy.org will, because losses in funding are inevitable.
I may have just started this page a few months ago, but already, thousands are coming here to read information about Ecstasy. Mostly, they are reading reports sent to www.pillreports.com that I have culled from 18-20 year old kids from California, and I want to thank them–the steamrollers of the world–who are sticking pills up their rectum in the name of pleasure, and science.
While we are unsure of the way some of these young kids identify their colors or after how many seconds, when testing, they are leading us to enlightenment in a very dark age. We’d ask anyone annoyed by their vernacular or slang to remember the service they are doing the world, and to be grateful. We also would like to thank www.ecstasy.org for their constant struggle to provide us with the most acurate scientifically based information.
Too bad they can’t just declare for bankruptcy like Teresa Giudice. Then they could have a mansion in the burbs and a brand new silver Maserati.

On the eve of Bethenny Frankel’s new “reality” show, Bethenny Getting Married?, the Real Housewives of New York City star revealed that she’s been married. Twice.
Bethenny Frankel may be a first time mom, but she’s not a first time bride.
The “Real Housewives of New York” star, who wed Jason Hoppy earlier this year, reveals to Life & Style that her recent walk down the aisle wasn’t her first.
Frankel’s first experience with marriage was in 1996, when she wed her former best friend, Peter Sussman.
“We were best friends for five years, and he always wanted to be more,” the natural-foods chef tells the mag.
No one likes Bethenny more than me, when we compare her to the other “real” housewives of New York and New Jersey, but this news about the straight forward Bethenny strikes us as highly hypocritical. If we are going to slam Teresa Giudice’s sham bankruptcy, and we are, then we must also slam Frankel. On RHNYC this season, we saw Bethenny come to grips with her estranged father’s death in Los Angeles, and now, upon hearing she was married in LA in 1996, and thinking back on how little we know of Bethenny’s past through the show and how she seemed to be building a career up from nowhere at 35, we know why.

So gross. What a pig. ‘I was too young, blah, blah, blah…’ Yesterday she’s a liar and today she’s a ‘get married when it’s right’ advocate? That’s great.
Frankel can win my affections back and her place as my favorite housewife if she comes clean about the rest of her secret life in California. Does she have to? Pretty much. These housewives think they are private people, and yet I have news sites that update my email on their every move. I will find out what I want to know, one way or another.
Is anybody even remotely honest? Bethenny’s Getting Married? Shocker. Great work, Andy Cohen.

Nets to hire Avery Johnson?

Former Mavericks’ coach and former Mavericks’ and Spurs’ point guard, Avery Johnson (above), is exchanging proposals with Nets billionaire owner Mikhail Prokhorov, and could become their next head coach very soon, according to ESPN. The move would make sense for New Jersey, because Johnson is an outspoken leader–something the Nets have lacked for many years. Johnson also has coached current Net guard Devin Harris, who if kept, will be a cornerstone of next year’s team.
If Nets fans (if there are any) are excited by the news, they should remember that last summer the Detroit Pistons agreed to hire Johnson, but at the “exchanging proposals” stage, the 2 sides could not agree on money. But Prokhorov is a lot more free spending than Pistons owner Bill Davidson, who also owned the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League, before selling the team in 2008.
The New Jersey Nets and representatives for Avery Johnson were progressing toward a deal Wednesday to make him the team’s next coach, according to sources close to the situation.
The two sides have begun exchanging contract figures, signaling that Johnson is the Nets’ choice to become the first hire of the Mikhail Prokhorov era, according to sources. Prokhorov, a Russian billionaire, completed his purchase of the Nets last month.
Johnson, who has been working for ESPN since his dismissal from the Dallas Mavericks after the 2007-08 season, was the NBA’s Coach of the Year in 2005 and took the Mavs to the NBA Finals in 2006. He posted a record of 194-70 in three-plus seasons, good for a winning percentage of .735, and would be reunited in New Jersey with point guard Devin Harris.

Johnson would be a good hire for the Nets because he will not settle for listless play. Johnson has a great regular season record, but was severely out-coached by Pat Riley in the 2006 NBA finals, losing unexpectedly to the Heat in 5 games. The next year, Johnson’s Mavs had the league’s best record, but were upset by Golden State in what some call the greatest upset in NBA history.

The 2008 Wimbledon and US Open Boys champion, considered by some to be the future of one handed tennis in the men’s game, Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov (above), lost his second round match at the AEGON Championships at Queen’s Club in London, to another one hander, Spaniard Feliciano Lopez, the world # 31, 6-2, 6-4.
Dimitrov, who was granted wildcard entry at Queens Club last year and this year, was able to win his first round match both years, defeating Britain’s Alex Bogdanovich 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 on Monday, successfully defending his ATP points from last year’s Queen’s Club, when he defeated Ivan Navarro in the first round, and then lost in the 2nd round in a tight 2 sets to Giles Simon.
In professional tennis, one must defend the points they earned at events they played the previous year, or their ranking will drop. An easy example to look at would be Roger Federer, last year’s French Open champion, who slipped in the rankings after losing to Robin Soderling in the quarter-finals, meaning he did not successfully defend his French Open rankings points from last year. Federer is sure to come up in any discussion of Dimitrov, because Dimitrov has modelled his game after Federer’s, and they were both coached by Peter Lundgren in their formative years. Lundgren caused a stir when he said two years ago that Dimitrov was better than Federer as a 17 year old. The linchpin of Dimitrov’s game is his beautiful one handed backhand, which he calls his favorite shot. In the first clip below, Dimitrov (wearing yellow in both) unloads on a beautiful backhand winner versus Giles Simon. In the second, Dimitrov rallies with Rafael Nadal.

Despite what Lundgren said about the Federer/Dimitrov comparison, Dimitrov, who is # 360 in the world, has dropped 105 places since his career best ranking of 255 in September 09. Federer, at Dimitrov’s current age (he turned 19 in May), had already cracked the top 30.
But as they say in tennis, some shot makers develop later on. That’s what we are hoping for Dimitrov, who we have had our eyes on now for some time because of his talent and exciting playing style–making us part of the “G Force”–the nickname for Dimitrov’s fan base. Dimitrov began the AEGON Championships, with a new coach, former world # 7 and excellent doubles player, Peter McNamara. He continues to train at the Mouratoglu Academy in Paris.

Shawn Southwick, Larry King’s wife, overdoses (hear Southwick on Howard)

Shawn Southwick, the estranged 7th wife of Larry King, overdosed on various unnamed prescription drugs on May 28th, but the news of the incident was suppressed from the media until yesterday.
Southwick, 50, OD’ed on pills May 28, but news of the event just surfaced June 8.
It’s unclear what drugs Shawn took, but her dad suggested it may have been depression or anxiety medication.
‘SHE WON’T WAKE UP‘
In a 911 call obtained by RadarOnline, Shawn’s father, Karl Engemann, tells the operator that he came home and found his daughter unconscious at her Provo, Utah, house May 28.
“I can’t wake her up,” Engemann, 76, tells the 911 operator, who dispatches an ambulance. “She may have overmedicated.”
He added: “She’s unconscious. I slap her and I holler at her and she opens her eyes half way and puts them back down again.”
This is just the last development in a long line of odd circumstances between King and Southwick, that include allegations of adultery on both sides. Recently it came to light that Southwick was having an affair with Hector Penate, a guy who basically solicited King to tutor his sons at baseball. Southwick has denied the affair, vehemently doing so to the media and on Sirius XM’s Howard Stern Show. She even agreed to take a lie detector test on air, but then backed out. In fact, Southwick has a history of telling Howard many strange things, including the fact that she wears “magic underwear”, a Mormon temple garment. Say what?

I guess the promises Mormons make to God gloss over adultery, or perhaps Southwick doesn’t wear her magic underwear when she knows she’s going to be getting some. Southwick has also made claims that the 76 year old King (is he really that young?) has had a sexual relationship with her sister, model Shannon Engemann, and those claims sound true, despite King’s protests that he supported her financially out of a sense of familial obligation.
King admits to lavishing Engemann with gifts, including a $160,000 automobile. Though Southwick’s camp say she probably overdosed on anxiety and depression meds, she entered a rehab facility in 2008 for painkillers.
